When bone volume is insufficient, we have to resort to bone apposition to increase the volume.<\/p>\n

This graft involves taking an autogenous bone block (part of the patient) in the angle of the mandible (ramus).<\/p>\n

The bone block is then affixed using titanium screws (osteosynthesis).<\/p>\n

The surgery is done under local anesthesia by ours dentists in Lille (59000)<\/strong> or Neufchatel-Hardelot (62152)<\/strong> near boulogne sur mer.<\/p>\n

There is, of course, no morphology change after surgery.<\/p>\n

As the transplant fills in the original insufficient bone volume, it ensures the stability of future dental implants during their implementation.<\/p>\n
