teeth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p len=\"702\"><span lang=\"en\">Sometimes, orthodontic treatment alone is not enough, especially in some cases of skeletal malformations.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">In this case, it will be essential to use, in addition to orthodontics, a so-called \u00ab\u00a0orthognatic\u00a0\u00bb surgery.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">Thus, orthodontic treatment will prepare the teeth by correctly aligning the dental arches of each maxilla, and the surgeon will use this alignment to put the maxilla back in the right
